Welcome to OOTB. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OOTB website, your purchases, and your interactions with our brand, waitlist and content. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About OOTB

OOTB ("Out Of The Box") is an independent Indian fashion brand. Our current collection consists of made-to-order pieces reworked from authentic, pre-owned garments and hand-finished for each customer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this site, join our waitlist, or place an order. By using the site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

3. Our Products

All OOTB pieces are reworked from authentic, pre-owned garments and hand-finished. Minor variations in fabric, print wear, and trim placement are natural and part of what makes each piece unique — they are not defects.
OOTB is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any sports brand, team, federation, or tournament. Any third-party logos appearing on source garments belong to their respective owners.
Product images are representative; your made-to-order piece may vary slightly.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST.
We reserve the right to cancel any order (with a full refund) if we're unable to source materials or fulfil it.
Made-to-order timelines, cancellations and exchanges are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Waitlist, Drops & Availability

Joining the waitlist or registering interest does not guarantee access to, or reservation of, any product.
Products described as "limited", "locked" or "coming soon" may sell out, change, or be withdrawn without notice.
Prices, designs and release dates are subject to change at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the OOTB name, logo, designs, artwork, graphics, text and layout, is owned by or licensed to OOTB and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use the site for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
Do not misuse our content, branding or community channels.

8. User Content

If you tag us, comment, or share content involving OOTB, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost or feature that content across our channels with appropriate credit. You remain responsible for the content you share.
