Refund policy
1. REFUND POLICY
Every OOTB piece is made to order and hand-finished just for you. Because of this, we don't offer refunds — but we do offer free size exchanges.
Size Exchanges
- Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery via our Contact page or Instagram DM, with your order number.
- The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- We'll arrange a reverse pickup where available; otherwise we'll guide you on shipping it back.
- Your replacement is stitched in the new size and ships within 7–10 days of us receiving the original.
- One exchange per order.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
"Other (on request)" Jersey Orders
If you requested a country jersey we're unable to source, we'll let you know before production begins and issue a full refund immediately.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing them, before production starts. After that, the piece is already being made and the exchange policy above applies.
2. SHIPPING POLICY
Made to Order
Every OOTB piece is stitched after you order it. Please allow 7–10 days for your piece to be made, plus 3–7 days for delivery depending on your location in India.
Delivery
- We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.
- Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number — couriers require them.
International Orders
We don't ship internationally through the website yet. If you're ordering from outside India, DM us on Instagram and we'll try to work something out.
Order Changes
Need to change your size, jersey choice, or address? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering — once production starts, changes can't be guaranteed.
